Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in brand new condition in order to be issued a refund. Product tags must be attached. Must be odor & stain free. 

All refunds will not include your shipping costs. 

Products will ship with a tracking number that is sent via email. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery. If product is lost please contact LKB immediately.
